5. Memberships & Payments

Membership billing recurs monthly on your stated billing date. You can cancel anytime with 5 business days' notice. Refunds are processed per our Refund Policy. Payment information is processed securely via Stripe.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your membership anytime. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, or policy violations. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Purgingttorganic against any claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Auckland.
