Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Membership refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not significantly engaged with challenge content (less than 20% of daily prompts completed). Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

2. Refund Timeline

Requests submitted within 14 days of charge: Full refund, processed within 5–10 business days. Requests submitted after 14 days: No refund. Refund decisions are final once approved.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Coaching sessions or personal consultations (non-transferable)
• Digital materials or resources once downloaded
• Refunds requested after 14 days
• Cancellations due to user account closure for policy violations

4. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime with 5 business days' written notice (email to info@purgingttorganic.world). Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refund for partial months.

5. Payment Issues & Disputes

If you notice unauthorized charges or payment errors, contact us immediately at info@purgingttorganic.world. We'll investigate and resolve within 10 business days.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@purgingttorganic.world with your order number, email address, and reason for refund request. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.

7. GST

Membership prices include GST (10%). Refunds will be net of GST where applicable.
