All times are in NZ Standard Time. Sessions last 45–60 minutes. Virtual sessions available via Zoom link sent to members. In-person sessions held at our Auckland studio.
Our weekly in-person sessions are the heart of Purgingttorganic. Members gather to move together, share experiences, and build genuine friendships.

RegisterTwo weeks into the challenge, we gather to reflect on experiences, share discoveries, and discuss adaptations. A moment to deepen learning together.
Time: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM | Format: In-person
RegisterCelebrate July's accomplishments and look ahead to August's challenge. Community shares favourite discoveries and sets intentions for the month ahead.

RegisterCome 10 minutes early if you can. Our team will greet you, show you around, and answer any questions. There's no need to be nervous—everyone here started as a newcomer.
Wear comfortable clothing. You'll need a mat or towel if attending in-person. We have extras if you forget. Arrive with an open mind and listen to your body.
Every practice comes with variations. Take the version that feels right for you today. This is your practice—there's no "right way" to move.
After the session, stick around. Have tea, meet others, ask questions. Community bonds form in these moments. You're now part of something bigger.
Whether virtual or in-person, free community sessions are open to all members. No experience necessary.
